Also, how to make some cash on twin tokens, why to take a close look at BSV, and how to mint OmniBase's NFT.
Hey there, crypto wizards and hodl gangsters! It's your favorite buidlbee team here. Ready to unleash some blockchain magic? Grab your favorite NFT mug and let's embark on a crypto adventure that's wilder than a pack of Dogecoins chasing their tails! ππSo, here is what weβve prepared for you today:
Two of the most hyped new projects this summer;
Making income on twin tokens;
Bitcoin SV's (BSV) impressive growth and technical analysis;
OmniBase's NFT mint on LayerZero.
A roundup of the day's top news stories:
EraLend, zkSync's lending protocol, came under suspicion in the hack attack, which lost $1.7M.
SCOOP: Crypto exchange KuCoin will lay off 30% of its staff.
The founder of security agency Slow Mist said that if Worldcoin succeeds, it will be a wicked product, but there is a high probability of failure.
Kaiko: Since the Ripple decision, which instantly sparked a surge in altcoin markets, BTC's dominance by volume has declined by 8%.
Arkham paid $5K to an OXT Research analyst under the pseudonym ErgoBTC for wallet data on Do Kwon and Terraform Labs.
π The best altcoins of the first half of the year
Kaiko has issued a study that tries to list the best altcoins for the beginning of 2023.
XRP was in first place in Kaiko's ranking of altcoins with the highest trading volumes in 2023. The second place goes to Solana, while the third place goes to Dogecoin.
So far, only classic altcoins with a long history have been included in the top 10, and there are no newcomers like SUI here.
π© Freedom to exchange for shitcoins
Two identity-related projects have made it to the top of July's hottest projects (and will probably make it to the top all year).
To participate in Worldcoin, you must undergo an iris scan on the Orb system. To do this, you must physically come to the company's office. The administrator brings the Orb to your face and scans your eye.
By the time the project was launched, the project offices were operating in 35 cities in 20 countries. The number of users of the Worldcoin platform has already reached 2 million at the beta-testing stage, notes Reuters. The UK government has initiated an investigation into the goals of the project, which massively collects biometrics from citizens worldwide for shitcoins.
The second project of July that has become notorious is Arkham. It sets no less ambitious and cynical goals β to create an exchange of private identity information among blockchain users, the so-called Doxx-to-earn model.
And here's the first success after a recent launch. Two independent blockchain sleuths have won the first ever award at the Arkham Intel Exchange for uncovering evidence of new, previously unknown Do Kwon cryptocurrency wallets.
π² Ideas
[1] π Collecting twin tokens
Yesterday we described the strongest growth of Worldcoin duplicates (one project had the same name, and another had the same ticker), and today the story is repeated with the previously unknown project X. And although the market sneers at losers buying coins of fake projects, today we suggest to look at this phenomenon carefully and cynically. Realizing the degree of danger of such speculations, nevertheless, looking at the growth of x1000 for the fake analogue of Musk's project, unwittingly interested.
The trading idea is simple β to keep a list of clone projects for new market stars, picking up these shitcoins on the eve of the listing of the original. And sell them lightning fast on the day of the original's launch.
[2] π Where is BSV going?
BSV is the native cryptocurrency of the Bitcoin Satoshi's Vision (BSV) blockchain, sometimes referred to as Bitcoin SV, a blockchain created in 2018 after a hard fork from the Bitcoin Cash blockchain, which in turn was a hard fork of the original Bitcoin blockchain.
BSV tokens fell to $17 in June, followed by a significant surge in buying activity, leading to an impressive $55 rise in early July.
Strong demand pushed BSV beyond the upper boundary of the channel, reaching the next resistance level of around $56. Currently, demand for BSV is expected to be sustained at around $29, and this could trigger new high demand, according to MonoCoinSignal analysts.
Consequently, there could be a pullback to the upper boundary of the previously broken downward channel. This could mean a positive trend for BSV in the coming weeks.
*Any technical analysis, in the long run, cannot accurately predict the movement because now is a very tough market and the news can swing currencies in all directions.
[3] π How to mint LayerZero Multichain Power XL NFT
OmniBase is a decentralized omnichain protocol built on LayerZero.
With this protocol, it is possible to mint and bridge NFTs to different networks. At the moment, there is a mint of LayerZero Multichain Power XL collection available, which can be mined in Arbitrum Nova, Tenet, Binance Smart Chain, Avalanche, Linea, and Base and bridged to the same networks.
It takes about $1.5 to mint on the BNB network and bridge into Avalanche. In addition to the additional transactions in LayerZero, you can mint in Linea and Base. Mint on Linea is turned off for now, but Base is up and running. Mint NFT in these networks and bridge to other networks.

Also, you can mint the NFT Onchain Power on the zkSync Era network and do +1 transaction and +1 contract interaction. On 25 gway gas, the transaction will be about $0.8.
To the moon and beyond, fren! ππ See ya tomorrow!
