  • Glassnode: Bitcoin supply for long-term holders reached a new ATH level of 14.52M BTC, representing 75% of the circulating supply.

  • Binance will remove the following spot trading pairs and stop trading on July 26: ACM/BUSD, ALPACA/BUSD, BAR/BUSD, LSK/BUSD, QTUM/BUSD, and TFUEL/BUSD.

  • The main menu of the Twitter platform now displays an X instead of the usual blue bird. The x.com domain redirects to Twitter. Also, Elon Musk changed the main photo on his microblog to X.

  • The fake Chinese company Uniswap says hackers attacked it and it suffered heavy losses.

  • U.S. Republican U.S. Congressman Warren Davidson called the digital currency from the FED "the financial equivalent of the Death Star."

👎 Is the court ruling on Ripple likely to be reconsidered?

In a new filing against crypto company Terraform Labs and its scandalous co-founder, Do Kwon, the Fed has actually stated that the likelihood of an appeal in the Ripple case is extremely high.

The SEC has asked a federal judge to disregard parts of a recent ruling in the regulator's lawsuit with Ripple, saying that the decision does not comply with existing securities laws and that it can be appealed.

🙈 Long-awaited crypto bill disappoints

The new House bill sets a registration standard based on the legal definition of "decentralization," thereby legislating what it means for a crypto project to be "sufficiently decentralized" and therefore exempt from SEC registration. Meanwhile, after analyzing most crypto projects, experts believe that the bill will not restrict the SEC and may threaten DeFi. In other words, most altcoins are at risk as centralized projects under this bill.

Even more bizarre is the prohibition on citizens buying tokens worth >10% of their annual income. Overall, the bill leaves a contradictory impression, and it's hard to say whether it will do more good or harm.

🌠 Low BTC rate as a result

Both events could potentially worsen the situation on the crypto market (or at least increase the degree of uncertainty). Therefore, Bitcoin at one point fell even below $29k, the lowest value in the last 40 days (now recovered to $29k).

⭐ Bright start of Worldcoin

Today's HYIP on the crypto market is Worldcoin. The project is related to identification based on retina scanning. In fact, the only important thing to know about Worldcoin is that the project's founder is one of the co-founders of OpenAI. What is known about the project so far:

  • The WLD project token currently has the highest social media activity.

  • WLD is listed on Binance, Huobi, Bybit, and other leading crypto exchanges.

  • WLD saw a growth of 50% in the first three hours of trading.

  • Due to the confusion with the ticker and the project name, both Worldcoin (WDC) as well as Wolf Works DAO (WLD) projects also got pumped. The latter is also traded on Binance under the same ticker (be careful!).

  • Currently, 99.135% of WLD's tokens are controlled by the top 9 addresses of the project itself, although the tokenomics project promises a gradual distribution of these tokens with the project retaining about 10%.

  • Vitalik Buterin has already criticized the project, questioning the Worldcoin ecosystem and naming the main risks of the project.
